Lead Regional Used Car fundamental operations & digitalization

Job Responsibilities

1. Execution
   - Develop data-driven dynamic Used Car Pricing model with Residual Value prediction
   - Digitalization of Used Car Pricing & Inspection in Asia
   - Implement Trade Cycle Management in Asia
   - Handle multiple Used Car Projects simultaneously
2. Leadership
   - Lead team & influence stakeholders (Distributors, Dealers, Management)
   - Drive cross functional collaboration for project implementation

Job Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in industry such as:

- Automotive OEM in Used Car/CPO function
- Used Car Startups
- Major Distributor/Dealer group in Used Car/CPO function
- Captive Finance, leasing companies

• Knowledge in:

- Used Car Process & Pricing
- Residual Value Management
- Data Science
- Statistical modelling

• Skills in:

- Power BI
- Advanced Excel
- Data Analytics
- Project Management 

• Abilities in:

- Strategic Planning
- Problem solving
- Influence without authority

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science / Statistics / Economics / Business
