Specialist 2 - Vehicle Business Management
Job Summary
This position will primarily be in charge of Vehicle Business Management (Volume, Price, Cost, Profit & Budget), working with the Regional Sales team & the Manufacturer towards the goal of maximizing Sales & Profitability.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Plan & Manage the Pricing / Project schedule with stakeholders as the Lead PIC, taking actions to solve problems and recover from delays
2. Grasp Business circumstance of assigned Region / Manufacturer, seeking opportunities to maximize Sales & Profitability
3. Analyze data (Sales, Cost, Price, Product, Profit, Budget) & make simulations to develop strategies / proposals contributing to Target achievement
4. Prepare documents to Consult / Propose / Report / Seek Approval from Management
5. Propose / Negotiate with Area Operations team & Manufacturer to reach a consensus on Price / Sales Volume / Profit
6. Register Prices in System and issue Official Price Notices
7. Update Pricing Tools, Monitor Sales / Profit achievement and take additional action if required
Requirements
This position is open to Experienced Professionals, as well as Fresh Graduates who possess the following qualities :
1. Detail oriented, Careful, Good with numbers and analysis (E.g. : Sales, Cost, Pricing, Product, Profit)
2. Strong Communication skills (E.g. : Negotiation, Presentation)
3. Problem Solving & Project Management skills (E.g. : Schedule control, Crisis Recovery)
4. Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
5. Willing to work overtime during peak periods / deadlines, and travel when required
6. Proactive, team player, Determined & has high Perseverance
7. Strong passion and eager to learn / enhance own capabilities
8. High capability in using Excel, Powerpoint
9. Good to have :
a. Knowledge in Automotive Business / Pricing Strategy / Market Research / Costing / Profit Management
b. Programming / Automation / Power BI
