Job Summary

 

Business Strategy & Operations Department is looking for a highly motivated and self-starting member to join this dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for costing & pricing strategy, business planning, and Free Trade Agreement (FTA) compliance. The role plays a key part in cost optimization, competitive pricing, and ensuring regulatory compliance across parts sourcing and sales.

As the person in charge, you will have opportunities to demonstrate analytical, problem solving, project management and communication skill sets.

 

You will be given development opportunities to widen your knowledge and skills through classroom training and on the job training within the department.

 

Major roles & responsibilities:

  1. Maintain pricing structures for OEM
  2. Analyze large datasets of cost changes (e.g. material cost, overhead allocation), evaluate the appropriateness and assess impact on pricing and margins
  3. Develop strategies / proposals contributing to Target achievement
  4. Prepare business reports, dashboards, and performance analysis
  5. Ensure pricing data accuracy in related system to support price approvals, price revisions and sales
  6. Coordinate with Export/Import business partners on HS codes for parts eligibility and ensure FTA compliance
  7. Support FTA utilization and duty optimization as part of total cost management

 

Qualifications & Skills:

This position is open to Experienced Professionals, as well as Fresh Graduates who possess the following qualities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in costing, pricing, or commercial analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling, Power Query, and Power Pivot
  • Knowledge of digitalization and automation of data processes, ensuring secure and efficient
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
