Job Summary
We are looking for a Regonal Digital Marketing Specialist to elevate our digitial initiatives in the region as part of our Digital Marketing and Customer Experience Department
Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders in Asia Pacific Distributors to execute global and regional Lexus and Toyota Brand and Marketing campaigns
- Provide global/regional developed assets for both Lexus and Toyota brands to each distributor in a timely manner
- Work with Business Partners to develop digital platforms (website, social media, etc. distributor/dealer systems), based on end-user/customer centric (UX mindset and understanding of distributor/dealer operations
- Support user requirements gathering and conduct user acceptance testing on new products and ensure all testing is completed and issues are resolved on time
- Anlayze and monitor performance regularly using appropriate tracking and analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Social Analytic, etc.
- Monthly evaluation of regional KPIs to report to management (i.e. digital platform performance - traffic, leads generation, paid media evaluation etc.)
- Colloborate with internal teams: product, brand, digital, and PR for seamless execution of all projects
Job Specifications & Competencies
- Fresh graduate with digital marketing, specifically project management, competency in digital capabilities/technology
- Problem solving, digital native, digital tech skills, online marketing skills, team players, good inter-personality
- Team player, cheerful, motivational, willingness to interact with many stakeholders
- Willing to travel and OT when needed
