Service & BP Kaizen Development Specialist

1. Job Role & Responsibility 
  a) Continuous learning and application to improve Dealer operation.
  b) Critical thinking and Analytical skills to Identify problems with support of KPIs and confirming at worksite
  c) Good ability to communicate work as team with stakeholders and Asia Distributors.

 

2. Requirements for applicants
  a) Eager and fast to learn, open-minded for feedbacks and improvement.
  b) Highly competent with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Communication Skills , possess analytical and problem solving skills.
  c) Team player with strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently, matured, self-disciplined with good time management.
  d) Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related fields 
  e) Fresh grads or members with 1-2 yrs experience are welcome to apply. 
  f) Proficient in numbers/figures for data analysis and able to generate report

 g) Able to thinking logically

 h) Able to travel, work off site at dealerships and workshops, and work long hours if needed
