Conversion & Accessories Marketing Specialist
This is a sales role in a dynamic, fast-paced and sales driven business unit. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate and motivated to strive for challenges and opportunities to immerse with global customers (not limited to Asia Pacific). The job requires a disciplined, hungry, numbers focused and customer facing sales person who can drive revenue through hunting for new accessories business projects to support our distributors vehicle sales. We need an energetic individual who can well well independently and as part of team.
Collaborate between internal business units such as Country Area Operations/ Demand Supply Operations/ Product Planning/ Engineering and our Clients (Toyota Distributors): Proactively providing accessories solutions to drive vehicle sales through Model Life Management. To be successful, the candidate should have a strong passion for the Brand and for Cars, be able to navigate and identify key members and to establish and build relationships with the accounts assigned. There will be full sales ownership (Pre Sales, Sales, After Sales) and responsibility to achieve the assigned revenue targets.
- Lead generation through keeping regular customer contact with customers.(Serves as central point of sales contact)
- Prepare sales plan (Weekly,Monthly, Annual) and implement the sales program and schedule to meet customer's vehicle sales launch.
- Prepare sales presentations to pitch new products/solutions by studying the market/vehicle trend in each countries.
- Create weekly/monthly forecast on account revenue vs. target management and end of month sales reports.
- Submit quotation based on customer request.
- Resolves customer complaints by problem solving and develop solutions and countermeasures recommendations.
- Be part of the team to organize sales and marketing workshops to promote new products in the vehicle model life time.
- Contribute to the team performance and effort by accomplishing tasks as needed or assigned.
Job Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering/Business discipline with at least 1-2 years working experienc

Self-starter, motivated, good social skills, problem -solver, multi tasker and adaptive in a fast and dynamic environment
